fasti FAS-tee n. pl. Latin — a list of meetings and events set out by date. In ancient Rome, the calendar of days open for public assembly.
Anaesthesia, radiology, emergency medicine, cardiology, intensive care, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, vascular surgery and pre-hospital and retrieval meetings worldwide — … of them, each traced to the organiser's own page. Colour marks the branch of medicine; the second chip marks where it is held.
theFasti lists meetings run by other organisations and endorses none of them. Details change after they are recorded — confirm with the organiser before you register, travel or pay. Full disclaimer
theFasti was founded in 2026 as an aid to finding quality ongoing medical education around the world. As this information is often fragmented, the goal is to provide a comprehensive source of medical education that is easy to disseminate and actionable.
Meetings here are recorded from the organising body's own page — a society, a college, a congress secretariat or a course provider — rather than copied from a conference-listing site. Where a listing shows a checked date, that is when its page was last read.
Sources are curated. The aim is to list reputable continuing medical education and nothing else, and meetings that appear to belong to predatory or mass-produced conference series are excluded. No filter is perfect: if a listing here looks suspect to you, please tell us at contact@theFasti.com and it will be re-checked and removed if warranted.
Always confirm dates with the organiser before booking travel. Meetings move, and a register can only be as current as its last reading.
Coverage is deepest in anaesthesia, radiology, emergency medicine, cardiology, intensive care, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, vascular surgery and pre-hospital and retrieval. Every other specialty here has been seeded rather than swept — those listings are real, but they are what turned up alongside the fields above, not a systematic search. Coverage is being extended one specialty at a time. Some organisers publish nothing a machine can read, and their meetings are absent rather than excluded. Corrections and additions are welcome and are the fastest way to improve this: contact@theFasti.com.
Every entry is a lead to confirm, not a record to rely on. Listings are read from the organiser's own page and each one shows the date it was last checked, but meetings move, change venue and are cancelled after they are recorded. Please send anything wrong, missing or suspect to contact@theFasti.com — corrections are the fastest way to improve it.
theFasti is a directory. It lists meetings run by other organisations and links to their pages; it does not organise, endorse, accredit or vet any of them, and has no commercial relationship with them.
Details are gathered carefully and read from the organiser's own page, but they are recorded at a point in time and meetings move, change venue and are cancelled. The responsibility for verifying a meeting rests with you. Before you register, travel or commit money, satisfy yourself directly with the organiser that the meeting is legitimate and genuinely taking place, that its accreditation and CPD or CME points are recognised by your college, board or employer, and that it meets whatever your tax authority or organisation requires of a claimable educational expense. Those requirements differ by country, by specialty and by employer, and theFasti makes no representation about any of them.
Nothing here is professional, financial or taxation advice. theFasti accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on a listing, and no responsibility for the content, availability or conduct of any site it links to.
theFasti collects one thing and only if you offer it: an email address, with the specialties, regions and settings you want to hear about. There is no account and no password — nothing to be stolen, and nothing for you to remember.
What it is used for. Sending you an email when a meeting matching your choices is added to theFasti, and nothing else. Not a newsletter, not a schedule, not marketing for anyone else. If no matching meeting is announced, you hear nothing.
What it is never used for. Your address will not be sold, rented, shared, published, or passed to conference organisers, recruiters, hotels, airlines or anyone else. If that ever changes, it will change by asking you first, not by editing this paragraph.
Where it is held. With the email provider that sends the alerts, not on this site — this site is static files and stores nothing about you. You confirm your address before anything is sent, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask for your address and its history to be deleted outright at any time by writing to contact@theFasti.com. Deletion means deletion.
What this site stores in your browser. No tracking cookies and no advertising. The page remembers a filter or two locally so it looks the same when you come back; that never leaves your device.
Meetings whose last day has passed. They stay here because a society's next meeting is usually easiest to find from its last one — and because a conference you missed this year is one to plan for next.
The organiser has named a year, and usually a host city, but has not published dates. These carry no date anywhere else on this page — do not read them as booked.
